CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients can cancel up to 48hrs before their appointment for free.
50% payment of the treatment price, which is non refundable is payable to Chell's Beauty by the Sea in the event that a client cancels their appointment within 48hrs of their treatment time. 
100% payment of the treatment price, which is non refundable, is payable to Chell's Beauty b y the Sea in the event that a client cancels their appointment within 1 hour of their treatment time.
100% payment of the treatment, which is non refundable is payable to Chell's Beauty by the Sea in the event that a client does not show to their appointment. 

COMPLAINTS
If a client has followed full aftercare advice but suffers an issue with gel polish application within 72 hours of treatment, Chell's Beauty by the Sea will repair / reapply the nail for free. 
If a client informs Chell's Beauty by the Sea of issues with gel polish application between 72 hrs up to 1 week after treatment, dependant on aftercare advice being followed, Chell's Beauty by the Sea will either repair the nail for free or grant £15 off the next appointment. 
If a client informs Chell's Beauty by the Sea of issues with gel polish application after 1 week after the treatment than Chell's Beauty by the Sea holds no responsibility and will not repair the nail for free. 

GIFT VOUCHERS
All gift vouchers are non refundable and non transferable. 
All gift vouchers must be used 6 months from the valid date, no exceptions. 
No gift voucher can be exchanged for monetary value.
If a client using a gift voucher holding more value than the treatment, cash will not be given as the difference, the balance remains on the gift voucher.

You recognise and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
