1. Booking and Payment
To confirm your appointment, I require a 50% non-refundable booking fee. This amount will be deducted from the total payable on the day.
Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received and I have sent your confirmation.
The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment and can be paid by cash or card.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 72 hours notice.
Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment: your booking fee will be retained and the remaining balance must be paid.
Appointments cancelled with more than 72 hours notice can have the booking fee moved to another appointment date, one time only.
If you cancel or reschedule 2 appointments within a 6 month period with 7 days or less notice, you will be required to pay 100% treatment price upfront for your next 3 appointments. This will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Gel Polish Guarantee
If you have followed full aftercare advice but experience an issue with gel polish application within 72 hours of treatment, I will repair or reapply the nail for free.
Issues reported between 72 hours and 1 week after treatment: I will either repair the nail for free or grant £15 off your next appointment, depending on aftercare compliance.
Issues reported after 1 week: Chell's Beauty by the Sea holds no responsibility and will not repair the nail for free.
4. Before Your Appointment
Some treatments require a consultation form to be completed before your appointment.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns before your treatment begins.
5. Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.
I only collect information necessary to provide your treatment and maintain appointment records.
Your data will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
