Terms & Conditions

To confirm your appointment I require a 50% non-refundable booking fee, this amount will be deducted from the amount payable on the day and you can pay by cash or card payment.

Your appointment is not confirmed until this payment has been received and I have sent your confirmation.

Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment times: your booking fee will be retained and the remaining balance of your treatment must be paid.

Appointments cancelled prior to 72 hours can move the booking fee to another appointment date, one time only.

If you cancel or reschedule 2 appointments within a 6 month period with 7 days or less notice, then you will be required to pay 100% treatment price upfront to rebook for you next 3 appointments. This will be non-refundable and non transferable.

Complaints

If a client has followed full aftercare advice but suffers an issue with gel polish application within 72 hours of treatment, Chell's Beauty by the Sea will repair / reapply the nail for free.

If a client informs Chell's Beauty by the Sea of issues with gel polish application between 72 hrs up to 1 week after treatment, dependant on aftercare advice being followed, Chell's Beauty by the Sea will either repair the nail for free or grant an amount off the next appointment, dependant on amount of nails that need repairing.

If a client informs Chell's Beauty by the Sea of issues with gel polish application after 1 week after the treatment than Chell's Beauty by the Sea holds no responsibility and will not repair the nail for free.
